4月13日，中华全国总工会发布了2022年全国五一劳动奖和全国工人先锋号拟表彰人选(集体)公示名单，华勤橡胶工业集团通力轮胎有限公司总工程师胡源被授予“全国五一劳动奖章”荣誉称号。

Hu Yuan, chief engineer of Tongli Tire Co., Ltd. of Hixih rubberindustry group, was awarded the honorary title of 银行卡National *y day labormedal银行卡.

胡源生于1979年9月，贵州纳雍人，中**员，高级工程师，毕业于四川大学物理学专业，在全钢子午线轮胎工业投资项目规划、产品轮廓设计、花纹设计、结构设计、动力学研究及优化一体化研究等方面具有较高的造诣，在轮胎行业内拥有广泛的影响力。得益于华勤橡胶工业集团良好的创新研发条件和平台优势，依托济宁市兖州区优越的营商环境和人才引进政策，胡源于2014年加入华勤集团，担任通力轮胎有限公司总工程师。

Thanks tothe good innovation and R & D conditions and platform advantages of Hixihrubber industry group, and relying on the superior business environment andtalent introduction policy of Yan zhou District, Jining City, Hu Yuan joined Hixihgroup in 2014 as the chief engineer of Tongli Tire Co., Ltd.

多年来，胡源用智慧和汗水诠释了华勤人在科研创新领域的使命和担当，为企业实现高质量发展做出了突出贡献，也为中国轮胎的性能升级和制造工艺革新做出了非凡业绩、积累了大量关键技术储备。他带领通力轮胎有限公司的研发团队潜心研究轮胎技术发展趋势，攻克多项行业共性难题，现已获得国家专利100多项，软著5项，发表论文20多篇，获得山东省科技进步奖一等奖，山东省技术创新成果奖等众多奖项，成功研发绿色轮胎、智能轮胎等34个规格400多个轮胎产品种类，产品质量均处于国内外领先水平，创造了丰厚的经济价值。

Over the years, Hu Yuan has interpreted the mission and responsibility of Hixihpeople in the field of scientific research and innovation with wisdom and sweat,*de outstanding contributions to the high-quality development of enterprises,*de extraordinary achievements for the perfor*nce upgrading and *nufacturingprocess innovation of Chinese tires, and accumulated a large number of keytechnology reserves. He led the R&D team of Tongli Tire Co., Ltd. to studythe development trend of tire technology and overcome a number of commonproblems in the industry. Now he has won more than 100 national patents, 5 softbooks, published more than 20 papers, won the first prize of Shandong scienceand technology progress award, Shandong technological innovation achievementaward and *ny other awards, and successfully developed 34 specifications andmore than 400 tire products such as green tires and *art tires, The productquality is at the leading level at home and abroad, creating rich economicvalue.

在胡源的努力下，华勤集团及通力公司的创新研发水平持续提升，组建了华勤橡胶科技研究院，建设了山东省级企业技术中心、博士后实践基地、新型研发机构等高层次研发平台，培养专业技术人才200多人，被评为国家级高新技术企业、国家级绿色工厂及国家级绿色设计示范企业，成为轮胎行业重要的研发创新基地。
